Yerevan and Baku hold bilateral consultations to agree on timeframes for signing the peace agreement and clarify certain circumstances, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said during his speech at the First Republic Day event in Sardarapat.

“Our people no longer need to search for a homeland—the homeland has been found. Today we are a bigger state than ever; we are more sovereign than ever. The Republic of Armenia, with its internationally recognized territory of 29,743 square kilometers, is a reflection of our people’s achievements, not losses,” he added.

Discussing the relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister said that Yerevan and Baku hold bilateral consultations to agree on timeframes for signing the peace agreement and clarify certain circumstances. According to him, an active dialogue is also conducted with Turkey.
