Yerevan-Baku normalization creates opportunities for non-regional countries – Kazakh FM

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Kazakh Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu met in Astana. During the meeting, the Kazakh Foreign Minister highlighted that normalization of relations between Baku and Yerevan opens up wide prospects for many countries outside the region to take advantage of geostrategic opportunities in the South Caucasus.

Nurtleu noted that Astana and Yerevan share similar views on many issues on the world agenda. “We also attach great importance to ensuring security and peace in the South Caucasus,” he said.
