“You have no mandate to surrender Artsakh to Azerbaijan”: Babon Ter A Initiative to the RA government

Before the government meeting, members of the Babon Ter A Initiative and other citizens held a rally in front of the government building demanding not to surrender Artsakh to Azerbaijan.

The protesters were the women of different professions, who warned members of the government that they had no mandate to surrender Artsakh to Azerbaijan.

The banners in their hands read “You have no mandate to erase historical memory”, “You have no mandate to change the declaration”, “You have no mandate to split the nation”, “You have no mandate to surrender Artsakh.”

When the protesters saw the government members entering the building, they shouted that they had no mandate to surrender Artsakh to Azerbaijan.

“This government got its vote within the election program, which has long been violated. The authorities no longer represent their voters. Everyone knows that these authorities do not have a mandate, but they need to raise their voice, guide and gather people. The society should understand that there is nothing to be afraid of. We need to unite. We have come to break the concept that it is impossible to unite us. “You have no mandate” is the basis of consolidation, everyone agrees with this statement. We believe that there will be consolidation,” Naira Margaryan, a member of the Babon Ter A Initiative, said in an interview with Alpha News.
