Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova refused to comment on the Azerbaijani journalist’s question regarding Pashinyan’s visit to the United States and noted that it is necessary to stay on the agenda of Russia-Azerbaijan bilateral relations.

“First of all, we have commented on this already in past briefings, and secondly, as far as I remember, you represent the Moscow-Baku Agency, and you are turning 10 years. As far as I understand, you are not planning to change your name to ‘Moscow-Yerevan’? There is nothing wrong with that, but it seems to me that you need to stay on the agenda of bilateral relations between Russia and Azerbaijan, which you cover. We have a lot to comment on in this agenda. We have a lot of plans, we have questions, and we have problems; that’s what we want to do,” Zakharova said.
