Zakharova says Moscow is ready to host meeting of Foreign Ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan
Russia is ready to host a trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan in the near future, Spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said at a press briefing on Thursday.
“We welcome everything that benefits the parties and the region as a whole. We believe that the roadmap for normalizing bilateral relations remains a set of trilateral agreements that were adopted from 2020 to 2022.
It includes the signing of a peace treaty between the two countries, the unblocking of transport communications and economics in the South Caucasus, the delimitation of borders, and so on. In the near future, we are ready to host a trilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan in Moscow,” she said.
