Zara Amatuni: The Red Cross will not be able to send Armenian doctors to Artsakh

The Red Cross will not be able to send Armenian doctors to Artsakh, Spokesperson for Armenia in ICRC, Zara Amatuni, said in a conversation with journalists.

“Our organization cannot adopt such a way of working. Any decision is made with the consent of the parties, but our way of working implies that we can only work with the staff and volunteers of the RA and the Armenian Red Cross,” Amatuni said.
