Soprano Marie Muller Simonian wins Vienna Beethoven Competition 

French Armenian opera singer, soprano Marie Muller Simonian won the first prize of the International Beethoven Piano Competition in Vienna by the unanimous decision of the jury.

Marie, 21, was born in Paris. She is the daughter of pianist and organist Narine Simonian. She studied at the Boulogne and Paris Conservatoires, both in the organ and singing departments. In 2023, Marie continued her professional experience at the Yerevan Opera Studio under Levon Javadian.
