The Kremlin expects that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who was unable to attend the informal CIS summit in St. Petersburg due to a positive test for COVID, will take part in the EAEU summit via video conference, Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
“We hope that tomorrow—and tomorrow we have the EAEU summit scheduled—he will be able to participate via video conference,” the Kremlin spokesperson said.
