ICRC team visits Armenians held in Baku

In January, representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) visited the Armenians held in Baku, ICRC Armenia Communications and Prevention Manager Zara Amatuni said, confirming the respective report of the Azerbaijani media.

Former presidents of Artsakh Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan and Arayik Harutyunyan; former parliament speaker Davit Ishkhanyan; former foreign minister David Babayan; former defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan; General Davit Manukyan; and former state minister Ruben Vardanyan are among those unlawfully held captive in Baku.
