Plane on Yerevan-Lyon flight struck by lightning

A Transavia Airlines plane flying from Yerevan to Lyon was struck by lightning while ascending. According to a passenger’s report, as cited by Pastinfo, the lightning struck the right side of the aircraft.

The sound of the strike caused panic among the passengers, with one person feeling unwell. A doctor on the same flight provided the necessary assistance and stabilized the passenger’s condition.

Despite the incident, the airplane remained undamaged and continued its flight safely, successfully landing in Lyon.
