Samvel Karapetyan meant struggle—in their own way, with their own plans – Tavush resident

A survey was conducted in Tavush regarding the arrest of businessman and philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan.

“I believe it is wrong to keep Samvel Karapetyan under arrest. Why would they arrest such a charitable person?” said one Tavush resident.

Another respondent noted that they had no right to arrest him over just one sentence: “Maybe they interpret ‘our way’ differently than we do. I think he meant a struggle—in their own way, with their own plans.”
