Country needs someone like Samvel Karapetyan, we place great hopes in him – Shirak resident

The country needs philanthropists, said a resident of Shirak Province when asked what kind of leader Armenia needs.

“We need philanthropists who are wealthy but don’t covet the people’s property. We need people whose hearts ache for the country, not for their own pockets,” said another respondent.

One of the survey participants noted that the country needs someone like philanthropist and businessman Samvel Karapetyan.

“If Samvel Karapetyan is in charge, agriculture will develop, jobs will be created—we place great hopes in him,” the respondent said.
