According to the American magazine Forbes’ 2026 rankings, the fortune of philanthropist and businessman Samvel Karapetyan grew by $900 million in a year, reaching $4.1 billion, “Strong Armenia” party board member Narek Karapetyan wrote on social media.

“How many people do you know who managed to grow their fortune by nearly a billion dollars while in prison?
