Prosecutor requests a three-month extension of Samvel Karapetyan’s house arrest

The prosecutor has requested a three-month extension of the house arrest of philanthropist and businessman Samvel Karapetyan, according to Azatutyun.

Aram Vardevanyan, Karapetyan’s lawyer, said that a motion to modify the pretrial measure of house arrest against Karapetyan had been filed with the court the day before.

As a reminder, the first court hearing in the case of Samvel Karapetyan is taking place today.
