“Not everyone can be a minister to receive 7 million dram bonuses:” pensioner

During a street poll in Charentsavan, one resident said that the social situation of Armenian pensioners might have improved if a portion of ministers’ bonuses were added to their pensions.

“Not everyone can be a minister receiving a 7 million dram bonus. If they had even a drop of conscience, they would think about us too, instead of just lining their own pockets,” said one of those surveyed.

Another pensioner said that MPs want for nothing, while pensioners are the ones who need assistance. “What are MPs lacking that they receive such bonuses on top of their salaries?” he said, expressing bewilderment.
