Severing relations with Russia will have a negative impact on the living standards of the Armenians: a poll in Yerevan

Yerevan residents answered questions regarding Armenian-Russian relations in poll by Alpha News.

The overwhelming majority of respondents indicated that they are against severing relations with Russia, as it could have a negative impact on the living standards of the Armenian.

“We need to strengthen ties with all countries. This will benefit both the country and the people,” noted another poll participant.

According to residents, Armenian-Russian relations are important particularly for the development of the Armenian economy, and their severance would be a major setback, primarily to the economy.
