Prosecutor files motion with CEC for permission to open criminal case against Tevanyan

The Prosecutor General’s Office has already approached the CEC of Armenia regarding Andranik Tevanyan, leader of the ‘Mother Armenia’ party and second on the electoral list of the ‘Prosperous Armenia’ party, the office announced.

The prosecutor has filed a motion requesting permission to open a criminal case against Tevanyan on charges of “high treason.”
