“Yesterday we discussed when to fulfil our obligation, which we also took on as part of the pre-election process, and when to publish the text of the Constitution,” Srbuhi Galyan, Justice Minister, said at a briefing.

She noted that, in her view, one or two more rounds of discussion would take place in the near future, following the collection and consolidation of feedback from partners. After that, a decision would be made on whether they are ready to publish the constitutional text or not.

“I have had occasion to speak about this many times. I said: the text is not yet ready, because a number of our partners did not manage to submit their comments in time. Whether to publish or not to publish is not a unilateral decision. We decided not to publish, so we won’t. If we decide to publish, we will,” Srbuhi Galyan added.
