Pashinyan came to power by deceiving the people, and made things even worse: poll in Shirak

All of Nikol Pashinyan’s statements were lies. That’s what residents of the Shirak region said. According to them, the current authorities are repeating exactly what they once criticized their predecessors for.

“Everything Pashinyan once promised not to do, he did, one thing after another. He himself repeated the very steps he criticized the previous government for. So it turns out he came to power by deceiving the people, and took actions that were even worse than we expected. We hoped he would strengthen the country, but he didn’t keep his word, and all his statements turned out to be lies,” one of the respondents said.

Speaking about the policies of previous leaders, another resident stressed: “Robert Kocharyan was president for ten years. During that time, there was no war, there were no losses like this. Today they say there’s no shooting now, but why would there be, when back then a genuine truce was in effect and the ceasefire regime was being observed?”
