Prosecutor petitions to replace Ghazinyan’s arrest with bail

At the first hearing in the case of David Ghazinyan, deputy of the Strong Armenia bloc and former acting director of Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), Artur Danielyan, prosecutor, petitioned to replace the arrest with bail of 1 billion drams.

In addition, the prosecutor proposed applying administrative supervision with an electronic bracelet and a travel ban.
