David Ishkhanyan, Speaker of the National Assembly of Artsakh, who is being held in a Baku prison, sent an audio message from the Baku prison in which he stated that they intend to appeal to the International Court.

“For the prosecution, this trial has failed: our goal is to appeal to the International Court,” he said.
