Strengthening of the neo‑Bolshevik campaign against the Diaspora and pan‑Armenian structures: statement

The Central Council of “Hay Dat” of the ARF “Dashnaktsutyun” issued a statement.

“Starting with the pre‑election program for the 2026 elections to the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and ending with the government program for 2026–2031, submitted to the parliament, as well as through statements by various representatives, the Civil Contract party identifies the government of the Republic of Armenia (in this case, itself) with the Republic of Armenia.

This is done in exactly the same way as the Bolsheviks once did. Ignoring the fact that more than half of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia who participated in the recent problematic elections voted against it, the Civil Contract party stubbornly continues to state: “If you are not with us, then you are against the Republic of Armenia,” and continues to follow this logic,” the statement says…

The authorities of the “Civil Contract” party, in a neo‑Bolshevik style, on the one hand, declare their mission to protect exclusively the interests of the citizens of the Republic of Armenia, and on the other hand, demand that the Armenian people around the world follow their political path.

“To prevent distortions, let us list the priorities of the “Hay Dat” system of the ARF:

a) Protection of all rights of Artsakh and its people in all manifestations from punishment for Azerbaijan’s crimes to the right to return and self‑determination;

b) Support for strengthening the security of the Republic of Armenia.

c) International recognition, condemnation, and compensation for the Armenian Genocide;

d) Preparing young people to defend the rights of the Armenian people and involving them in the struggle of “Hay Dat.”

To achieve the aforementioned goals, the ARF “Hay Dat” system may periodically shift its focus and adjust its tactics in accordance with current conditions, but it will always continue the struggle with the same determination and consistency,” the statement notes.
