Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of Armenia, responded to journalists’ questions about why there had been no proper reaction from the ministry, stating that the ministry had “done everything necessary.”

He said that “more narrowly specialized agencies” exist for that purpose, without specifying which ones.

Mirzoyan also said the Foreign Ministry was satisfied with the position of the Matenadaran Museum-Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, which was visited the day before by Magdalena Grono, EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, one of the European officials who had been present at Gandzasar in Artsakh.
