Gayane Kocharyan, daughter of Robert Kocharyan, second President of the Republic of Armenia, published a post on social media, noting that life has both good and bad periods, but it’s always very important to remain true to yourself.

“These days, the most serious challenge remains not growing bitter when everything around you seems designed precisely to make people angry.

But genetics, upbringing, and the examples I’ve had before my eyes since childhood fortunately don’t allow me to grow bitter, and that is a great victory. Moreover, years of work on strengthening inner resilience, stress tolerance, and self-control are felt precisely in moments of upheaval like these.

In life there are very many good and bad periods… It’s important to remain unchanged (in terms of values) on both good days and bad. Don’t become conceited when things are good, and don’t grow bitter when going through trials,” she wrote.
