The path of Armenia’s authorities is incompatible with the existence of Artsakh: Shahramanyan

The path chosen by Armenia’s authorities and by the people who elected them is incompatible with the existence of Artsakh. This was stated by Samvel Shahramanyan, President of Artsakh, in a conversation with journalists at the Yerablur military pantheon.

Speaking about the prospects for peace in the region, Samvel Shahramanyan stressed that peace is also a matter of choice: “We strive for peace, and this peace is also a matter of choice: what kind of peace we want and at what price. The question is what price we are paying for this peace and what price we will still have to pay.”

Speaking about the priority demands of Artsakh Armenians who have settled in Armenia, Samvel Shahramanyan, President of Artsakh, stressed the need to ensure decent living conditions: “Artsakhtsis have voiced these demands many times, both publicly and recently at a meeting in the National Assembly. At this time, Artsakhtsis must be able to live with dignity in the Republic of Armenia, which is also their homeland.”
