The issue of missing persons can be resolved through cooperation between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nikol Pashinyan, prime minister of the RA, said at a briefing after a government meeting.
“Azerbaijan has missing persons, and we have missing persons. We are ready for this cooperation. The other matter is that in Azerbaijan there are circles that use this issue for political purposes, to fuel hostile rhetoric and for other aims,” Pashinyan said.
He added that in Bishkek he discussed the issue of closer cooperation, and the work of the relevant committees of Armenia and Azerbaijan, with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
