Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has recorded another video address, in which he touched on the issue of enclaves and exclaves.

After the peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan is signed and ratified, Armenia should have a territory of 29,740.3 sq. km, he said. There should be no enclaves or exclaves on either side of the border, meaning the two countries must exchange territories of precisely corresponding sizes.

“Judging by the results of my contacts with the president of Azerbaijan in Turkmenistan, I have a preliminary impression that we have an opportunity to give peace exactly this shape, and we will actively work to realize this opportunity in the near future,” Pashinyan added.
