Ararat Mirzoyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, did not rule out an exchange of former enclaves and exclaves between Yerevan and Baku. Responding to a question from Sputnik Armenia, he described this as one of the likely options.

“The enclaves that the countries had… one may remain with one side, another with the other. They may be exchanged, or there may be other options,” he said.

On the previous day, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said there should no longer be any enclaves on the territory of Armenia and Azerbaijan that existed there in the Soviet era, repeating that Armenia should have a territory of 29,743 sq km.
