Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of Armenia, told journalists at a briefing after the government meeting that there should be neither enclaves nor exclaves on either side of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

“I feel that both in Armenia and in Azerbaijan, the understanding of the need to find such a solution is becoming more concrete. We must know the exact area of the territory of Artsvashen in order to find the right solution to the problem,” he said.

According to Pashinyan, the borders must be delimited to determine the territories precisely. He also added that Armenia has entered the final stage of institutionalizing peace.
