Relations between Armenia and Russia are fraternal at all levels, and bilateral discussions are constructive. This was stated by Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of Armenia, in a conversation with journalists on the sidelines of the COP17 Leaders’ Summit at the Meridian Expo Center.
“I assess Armenian-Russian relations as fraternal, the discussions as constructive, and the problems as solvable. I assess the discussions at all levels that I am aware of as quite constructive,” Mirzoyan noted.
