Pashinyan strong at rigging elections and weak before Aliyev: Strong Armenia

The local government elections held on October 25 in 19 communities of Armenia have once again proven that Nikol Pashinyan is strong at rigging elections and weak before Aliyev (Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan – ed.). The Strong Armenia party made the statement, commenting on the results of the local elections.

“Civil Contract continues to act in its usual style: detentions of political opponents, an atmosphere of fear, directed voting and promises of electoral bribes.

“Our candidate in Stepanavan, aware of the risk of being detained, ran in the name of democracy.

“Strong Armenia is a strong alternative to Pashinyan’s rule. We will continue the struggle in the name of democracy, peace without concessions and the well-being of the people.

“We are confident that we will have a strong Armenia,” the party’s statement reads.
