Court allows Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan to visit medical centers outside Vagharshapat

The Court of First Instance of Armavir Province has granted a motion allowing Archbishop Arshak Khachatryan, Chancellor of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, to visit medical centers outside Vagharshapat.

On March 5, the archbishop was released from custody and placed under administrative supervision. He is charged with the illegal sale of narcotic drugs, committed by a group of persons acting in prior conspiracy.
