Alpha News opens the new season this fall

A new season of Alpha News starts on September 4.

Alpha News will feature excusive projects, and will present a new broadcasting format in the pan-Armenian information network.

About new Alpha News projects

• Famous scientist, Professor Ruben Melkonyan in his documentary series, 7 portraits from the history of the Armenian people, will introduce those pages of the history of the Armenian people that remain unknown to many. Meanwhile, these are the people whose life and fate should not be forgotten.

• Another series of historical portraits will be presented in an animated version and in Russian. These are short and informative stories about famous Armenians who turned the course of history and became known all over the world.

• Talented Armenians from Armenia, as well as different countries of the world, will tell about their Armenian ethnic code: how did they become successful and preserve their national and family values?

• There is nothing more complicated than the simple truth. The author of the eponymous podcast, Viktor Soghomonyan, with the help of Marianna Ghahramanyan, will discuss the key issues of concern to our society, which, however, are not so accepted to talk about.

• The Alter Ego project will host famous people who are united by their love for Armenia. Even if they are not Armenians. Nonna Hambartsumyan will find out how feelings for their homeland and another country, which has become dear to them, can be combined in a person’s soul.

• We will draw your attention to the most famous works of Armenian literature from modern school textbooks in the form of an audiobook. High-quality recordings made in a modern style will help every Armenian living in any country of the world to connect with the national culture in a convenient and pleasant way.

This fall, Alpha News will expand its broadcast schedule.
