Japan allocates $2 million for displaced persons of Artsakh

The Government of Japan has decided to allocate $2 million for the displaced persons of Artsakh, the Japanese MFA reports.

The aid will be provided through the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in areas such as non-food items, health, protection and water.
