Surb Hakob Church in Simferopol celebrates Tsakhkazard 

The Surb Hakob Church in Simferopol celebrated Tsakhkazard (Palm Sunday), which marks the entrance of the Lord into Jerusalem. 
 
At the end of the liturgy in the courtyard of the church, Priest Nerses Khananyan blessed children and consecrated palm branches, which were distributed to attendees, symbolizing the palm branches that the crowd scattered before the Lord Jesus Christ as he rode into Jerusalem.
