Armenia opts out of CSTO exercises again 

Armenia will not participate in the CSTO exercises again, in particular in Cobalt 2024, which will be held in Novosibirsk, Russia, from August 14 to 16.

Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan are among the participants in the exercises of the special forces of the CSTO collective rapid reaction forces.
