On July 19, at 09:30, a citizen received a call that a plane had crashed near Yeghvard city, near the area called “Lcher”, there are probably victims.
One combat unit each from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 46 HPJ and HNPAIK, the operational groups of CHKAK, MPV and HPJ went to the scene.
