David Ghazinyan, MP from the “Strong Armenia” faction, was subjected to disciplinary action in the form of being stripped of the right to speak at one session. Vahagn Aleksanyan, deputy speaker of the National Assembly presiding over the session, announced this in the National Assembly.

However, due to Ghazinyan’s responses from his seat, the deputy speaker of the National Assembly applied stricter measures against him.

“Disciplinary measures are being taken against MP David Ghazinyan: he will be suspended from sessions for the rest of the day and stripped of the right to be in the chamber during this time. Please leave the chamber, Mr. Ghazinyan,” the deputy speaker stated, instructing security staff to remove him from the chamber.

It should be noted that following the incident, the “Strong Armenia” faction left the National Assembly building, while the “Armenia” bloc left the session chamber.
