Alik Aleksanyan’s arrest extended for two months

The arrest of Alik Aleksanyan, a member of the Strong Armenia party, has been extended for two months, which was announced by his lawyer.

As a reminder, criminal charges have been instituted against Alik Aleksanyan by the prosecutor’s decision: under Part 2 of Article 236 of the Criminal Code (material incentives for participation in meetings) and under Clause 3 of Part 3 of Article 296 (money laundering on an especially large scale).
