Ambassador Decottignies: France commits itself to developing defense relations with Armenia

I had the honor to attend the event dedicated to the formation of the Army of the Republic of Armenia, French Ambassador Olivier Decottignies said on X.

“Armenia must be able to protect its sovereignty and its population. France commits itself to developing defense relations with Armenia and strategic closeness between our two countries,” he added.
