Ara Nakhshkaryan was detained a short while ago. This was reported by Abrasim Atoyan, lawyer.
It should be noted that Ara Nakhshkaryan is the director of the Gyumri office of the All-National Armenian Educational and Cultural Union, a public figure, and a participant in the Artsakh Liberation War.
