Argishti Kyaramyan: 23 prisoners are still being held in Azerbaijan, with 17 being captured during the latest aggression

At the moment, 23 prisoners are still being held by Azerbaijan, with 17 of them being captured during the latest aggression, Argishti Kyaramyan, the Chair of the Armenian Investigative Committee, told Lurer.

According to him, there is evidence regarding the enforced disappearance of 32 individuals after the 44-day Artsakh war.

The Chair of the Investigative Committee reported that as a result of Azerbaijan’s large-scale attack on September 19-20, 2023, the Defense Army’s losses numbered 223 killed, with 25 of them being civilians, including 5 minors.

According to Kyaramyan, the number of wounded amounted to 244 people, with 70 of them being civilians, including 10 minors.
20 individuals are considered missing, including 5 civilians.
