Arman Tsarukyan removed from US flight ahead of tournament

Arman Tsarukyan, a Russian UFC fighter of Armenian descent, and two of his friends were removed from a flight to the United States on which they were traveling to the Real American Freestyle (RAF) tournament.

The corresponding video was shared by journalist and blogger Adam Zubayraev. “Arman Tsarukyan and two of his friends were removed from an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Philadelphia because one of them was looking at their phone during takeoff, complete insanity,” he wrote.

Tsarukyan was set to compete at the RAF 8 tournament against the legendary Urijah Faber. The tournament takes place tonight.
