Armenia and Azerbaijan FMs arrive for talks at Almaty House of Friendship

Kazakh Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu met his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, at the Almaty House of Friendship, reports Sputnik Kazakhstan.

It is reported that later, the sides will make a statement to the press. 

It was in this building that the 1991 Alma-Ata Declaration was signed.
