Armenia once again skipped CSTO events: Lavrov

Armenia did not attend the CSTO foreign ministers’ meeting but formally remains a member of the organization, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

“Armenia indeed once again did not participate in CSTO events, although it formally remains a full member, the Armenian state flag, alongside the flags of other CSTO member states, is present here,” Lavrov told reporters.
