Armenia will not attend CSTO summit in Astana 

 
The CSTO summit will be held in Astana, Kazakhstan, on November 28.

According to the Russian ambassador to the organization, Viktor Vasilyev, Armenia will not participate in the summit but will not object to the adoption of the envisaged documents.
