Armenian Culture Day celebrated in Russian Arkhangelsk

As part of the Cooperation Agreement between the Russian city of Arkhangelsk and the Armenian Jermuk, Armenian Culture Day was held on November 19 in Arkhangelsk.

The event kicked off with a video greeting from Jermuk. Residents of Arkhangelsk learned about the apricot festival and how many participants and spectators it gathers. A bright exhibit of books, accessories and attributes from Armenia provided an opportunity for the guests to get a glimpse of the Armenian culture.

Special attention was paid to the symbol of Armenia’s prosperity, a pomegranate, which is a part and parcel of all solemn and cultural events in Armenia.
