The National Assembly of Armenia has adopted, in its second and final reading, the draft bill on nationalization of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), owned by philanthropist Samvel Karapetyan.
The bill passed with 65 MPs voting in favor, 27 against, and no abstentions.
