Armenian soldier dies of gunshot wound

On June 14, around 8:20 a.m., the body of contract soldier Armen Gasparyan was found with a gunshot wound in the guard post of one of the military units of the Armenian Defense Ministry.

An investigation has been launched to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.

The Armenian Defense Ministry expressed its condolences and support to the family and friends of the soldier.
