Armenia’s economic growth forecast lowered amid Iran-Israel conflict

Armenian Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan stated that the country’s economic growth rate could drop significantly from the projected 5.1% to 1.3% following the escalation of tensions between Iran and Israel.
Speaking at a press conference, he emphasized that the government is considering various scenarios to minimize the risks. Hovhannisyan noted that the escalation’s impact could be both negative and positive, and much depends on its duration and scale.
